Good communication before and quick response. 2 people came before to be ready on agreed time. The condo was not extremely dirty but they did deep clean and came in the corners. I will use them again. It was a 2 bed 2 Barth Appartement.

Possibly the best communication/customer service of any company I’ve dealt with in my life. Hired Khun Clean to deep clean the entirety of my new condo, as well as specific washing/smell removal of the curtains, sofa, and armchair, in attempt to remove the previous tenant’s cigarette odour. The difference in the furniture is night and day. What was yellow is now white, cigarette smell gone from the curtains for sure. I will attach before/after photos of the chair and curtains. The deep clean was thorough and timely. After the clean, I felt that one issue had been under-delivered on, I raised it with the team, and they sent someone out within the hour to rectify free of charge. Really, I should have specifically pointed out this issue before they started, or at least, stayed within the condo during the clean (as they recommended), in order to assess the job at the end, and mentioned the issue then before they packed up and left. A lesson learned for next time. Thanks again for everything, will be sure to be in touch for the next job. Best, Sam

The cleaning team arrived on time as scheduled. They were notified in advance and followed up on the work. I used their service to clean bird droppings from the balcony. The cleaning staff were good, attentive to detail, and completed all the tasks as instructed by the admin. I also used their additional gardening service, which needs improvement. The garden area isn't large, as expected for a condo, but the work wasn't very neat and lacked attention to detail. I wasn't very impressed with this service.

Needed help deep cleaning the tank of our toilets, which were extremely dirty. The LINE account service staff was quick to respond and provided me with a really reasonable quote. They were very communicative throughout the process. The guy who came to do the cleaning was great as well. I was surprised that he spoke English! He even helped recommend ways to prevent the toilet from getting dirty as it was and why one in particular was dirtier than the rest. He did an incredible job cleaning the toilet tanks and even went above and beyond and cleaned the bowls as well. Check out the before and after pic. I was really impressed.
