UPDATE : They responded by saying it’s fake. It is not, the screenshot proves it. How do you explained that your profile picture disappeared and it’s been now 3 days that the message is not delivered. ( you can do the test, send them a message and magically the profile picture will appear ). Even if it’s true (it’s not) that you don’t block people then you make them wait A LOT while knowing I needed this cleaning asap. I contacted Khun Clean on WhatsApp for a deep clean of a 1 bedroom condo under 50 sqm, which their website lists from 2,160 THB. Their first quote said 1 to 2 cleaners at that price. After I described the room honestly, the quote went to 4,500 THB plus VAT "because we need to send 2 cleaners" ( I personally do it in an hour and other reviews say the same, they want to overcharge for nothing ) even though two cleaners were already included in the first quote. I removed the extra services and asked, politely, what in my description had changed. Instead of an answer, they blocked me. I never got the service, so I cannot judge the cleaning itself, but a company that blocks a customer for asking how a quote is built is not one I can recommend.

Nam Phon & Tang did a phenomenal job cleaning the condo. They tackled rust, mold and places I have been unable to reach. I am very impressed with how deeply they cleaned and would highly recommend Khun Clean for move in or move out cleans. My only wish is that I contacted them sooner. 🙏

Khun Clean are the best! I’ve used them a few times now to clean my 45 sqm condo and they always do a fantastic job and charge a fair price! The last cleaner I had in particular (her name was Pim) did an amazing job. She was very professional and spoke very good English! Thanks for your help and service, Khun Clean!

Premium service by a premium team. Amorn and her deep cleaning team was worth every penny. They did every corner without me asking and left my place looking and feeling absolutely spotless. I'd go for the same service every 3 months.

I am completely satisfied 🙏🏼. The initial contact via LINE was very friendly and competent, and I was offered various options. I booked a cleaning for a king-size mattress and a small sofa. I was able to watch the cleaning process. Many people don't even realize how much dirt and grime can accumulate. The cleaning was great, and I am very pleased with the result.

(Translated by Google) The cleaning team was incredibly thorough! It's like getting a brand new room. They dusted every corner, organized everything in every area, and arranged the bed and sofa so cutely. The bathroom and balcony were spotlessly clean. It was totally worth it! I'm so glad I chose their service. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. Booking via LINE was super easy—the admin responded very quickly, and I was able to secure an appointment in no time. The technician did an incredible job clearing out all the stubborn green moss and heavy dirt that had been clogging my balcony’s drain. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond, even moving the washing machine to deep-clean underneath so the moss wouldn't come back. The entire balcony was left completely spotless! Professional, prompt, and meticulous. Highly recommended!
