1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Khun Clean ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Company's services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
- 2.1. Clients are responsible for scheduling cleaning appointments in advance through the Company's website, phone, or email.
- 2.2. Clients may reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees.
- 2.3. If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cleaning service cost may apply.
- 2.4. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or inclement weather. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
3. Refunds and Complaints
- 3.1. If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues and may offer a partial or full refund, or a complimentary re-cleaning service at its discretion.
- 3.2. Refunds will not be issued for complaints made more than 24 hours after the completion of the cleaning service.
4. Theft and Damage
- 4.1. The Company is committed to hiring trustworthy and reliable staff. However, in the event of theft or damage caused by a Company employee, clients are required to notify the Company immediately. The Company will cooperate with law enforcement and take appropriate action, which may include reimbursing the client for any verified losses.
- 4.2. Clients are responsible for securing any valuable items and ensuring that their premises are safe for cleaning staff to perform their duties. The Company is not responsible for damage that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, such as unstable furniture or fixtures.
- 4.3. If damage is caused by a client's failure to provide a safe working environment, the client may be held liable for any costs associated with repairs or replacements.
5. Payment
- 5.1. Payment for cleaning services is due upon completion of the service. Clients may pay by credit card, cash, or check.
- 5.2. Late payments may result in additional fees or the suspension of cleaning services until payment is received in full.
6. Liability
The Company's liability for any claims relating to its cleaning services is limited to the cost of the service provided. The Company is not responsible for consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effectuate the intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.
