Hired Khun Clean to deep clean the entirety of my new condo, as well as specific washing/smell removal of the curtains, sofa, and armchair, in attempt to remove the previous tenant’s cigarette odour.
The difference in the furniture is night and day. What was yellow is now white, cigarette smell gone from the curtains for sure. I will attach before/after photos of the chair and curtains.
The deep clean was thorough and timely. After the clean, I felt that one issue had been under-delivered on, I raised it with the team, and they sent someone out within the hour to rectify free of charge. Really, I should have specifically pointed out this issue before they started, or at least, stayed within the condo during the clean (as they recommended), in order to assess the job at the end, and mentioned the issue then before they packed up and left. A lesson learned for next time.
