I had a really great experience with my cleaning service today with Pon. I love that I was able to pay ahead of time so I didn’t have to worry about it once the cleaner arrived. From the moment Pon arrived, I felt completely comfortable having her in my home and around my children. Her energy felt very calm and aligned with our space, and I was able to go about my day without feeling disrupted at all. The quality of her work was excellent. I have a toddler and a teenager, so things can get messy very quickly especially with food and sticky surfaces everywhere. She went above and beyond by not just cleaning what was visible, but actually moving things, wiping behind and underneath areas, and making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. She even cleaned the outside of the windows, which are not easy to reach, and organized areas I didn’t even expect. That level of detail really stood out to me. Overall, she was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in her work. I will absolutely be using this service regularly moving forward. Highly recommend.

Last week we had ‘Khun Clean’ come to our apartment for a big cleaning. Both Khun Oi and Khun Porn did a thorough / good job - they stayed many hours overtime to get the job done properly. Khun Oi had exceptionally good work ethics, you could see she put a lot of care into what she does and tried her best to ensure customer satisfaction in every way. Since we have a young child she also avoided the use of harsh chemicals. We are impressed by this cleaning service and would definitely choose this company (Khun Clean) again next time.

I hired them for a big cleaning after tenant moved out. 40sqm unit. Told me it will take 4 hours Expensive considering they didn't clean the insides of any of the cupboards and cabinets nor the back of the washing machine. There is still hair and dirt left behind by the tenant in the drawers and cupboards. When the Aircon tech came to clean the Aircon and pulled out the washing machine, all the dirt on the balcony has been conveniently swept there away from sight to look clean. I communicated via WhatsApp so of course they claim they cannot find me as a customer with my Google account.

I might be a stupid foreigner in Thailand, but at least I haven’t forgotten how to do manual labor. I have personally cleaned the room by myself, completed laundry including 60min drying and purchased items from 7-11 downstairs in less than 3 hours. It’s disappointing that Khun Clean believes their two lazy Lao workers (who are constantly unsupervised) over their repeat customer. Original Review: February 23, 2026 I started using Khun Clean in October 2025. The older gentleman that came to clean my condo first time was really good. The price is 3,167 baht which is expensive but I thought it was worth it. Unfortunately, I was told he resigned and returned home after only 1 cleaning. they replaced him with two younger workers because the old man was doing a lot of work like cleaning behind appliances and sanitizing every square inch of the apartment by himself. Khun clean decided to send two people, I didn’t request it. The two younger people cleaned 2-3 more times until I went to inspect their work as a surprise inspection. When I entered the unit, I immediately saw dust and debris in the corners. Not vacuumed or mopped well at all. Knives and utensils not cleaned well. At the time, I did not post anything online, but I chose to coach the two workers on how to clean well and shared my report privately to the staff via Line. Lo and behold, 4 weeks later when I tried to schedule another cleaning, they tell me that price has gone up because they realized that my “scope” needed to be adjusted. Instead of expressing appreciation for repeat business despite what happened last time, I was met with a 22% price increase total 3,860 to clean a 35 sqm condo! I hope the owner of the business can see this review, so he or she can find out what happened. I feel like I’ve been punished for being loyal and trusting their service because they were charging a huge premium.
