Pathetic customer service and they dont do the job as website advertises. I booked for a Move Out Deep Clean because it advertised thorough cleaning but they didn’t complete the job as advertised. Didn’t clean walls or door frames (my front door had some water-soluble paint splashed on it before the clean, can easily be wiped off with damp cloth so you can see they didn’t even attempt to wipe the walls or doors), window tracks weren’t wiped, didn’t eliminate burnt food or oil build up on stove, didn’t defrost or sanitize fridge, and my mirrors were left worse than before the clean, they left so many streaks and SCRATCHES. I wish I was exaggerating but you can see in photos and videos, the smudges are everywhere from top to bottom, areas I’m too short to reach, so those marks and streaks were NOT there BEFORE I had this clean. I didn’t ask for a refund, I let them know they didn’t do a good job and left it. Later, I move into my new place, and I wanted the bathroom deep clean, on initial search, only Khun Clean offered tile and grout cleaning service, so I reached out to them, NO RESPONSE… so I message them through my boyfriends phone, 2 minutes and I get a response on his phone and not mine. I asked them about their grout cleaning service anyway, they said no promises… I understand stubborn stains but some things can be cleaned, and that’s why I want to hire professionals, if you are not the professionals to do it, don’t advertise yourself as such. Anyways, my phone got a response the next day. Very poor service.

On their official Line channel, I just described a problem in my kitchen about musty smell in detail and asked if they specialise in mould removal. The agent refused to answer my question without me disclosing my location. I told them that if they didn't offer the service I was l inquiring about, they also didn't need to know my location. Then, the agent simply refused to offer any services at all. This is so impolite! Where I come from, you first answer a customer's question before asking back. About your comment: > Please treat Thai people with respect!! This is not about nationality. I treat all people equally respectfully, as long as they respect me. You were rude first, ignoring my question and explanation. > We need to know the location to see if it's in the service area. No, you only need the location after you have confirmed to me that you offer the service I requested. That was not obvious from your web page. Otherwise, I would not have asked. > Not everyone deserves the service of our amazing team at Khun Clean. Maybe, better let your customers judge if you are amazing. Calling yourself amazing is a bit arrogant and condescending in my opinion.

Expensive service for a deep clean, the difference between a normal cleaning and deep clean cannot be told, apart from the price difference and the use of more chemicals. Would not recommend this package.
Easy to book and very responsive on admin side. I needed an extra service on the day they were very flexible. The staff very Lovely, nice and thorough with the work. Will recommend and use the service again, tho it’s not cheap but You get what you pay for. Overall very satisfied.

Excellent. I had a huge pile of mixed rubbish, like gardening stuff, furniture, card board and other things, so i contacted them on LINE. I got a convenient appointment on short notice, and on the day the staff asked if they could come earlier, which suited me well. The staff was very friendly, super efficient and picked up all rubbish i had to dispose, and at the end swept everything. They offer various methods of payments,e.g. credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. From the very beginning, the communication via what's app was efficient. It may not be super cheap, but I think it was 100% worth the money. THANK YOU VERY MUCH :)
