On their official Line channel, I just described a problem in my kitchen about musty smell in detail and asked if they specialise in mould removal. The agent refused to answer my question without me disclosing my location. I told them that if they didn't offer the service I was l inquiring about, they also didn't need to know my location. Then, the agent simply refused to offer any services at all. This is so impolite! Where I come from, you first answer a customer's question before asking back.
