A bathroom deep clean is not one task repeated across different surfaces. Each fixture and material requires a different approach, different products, and different tools. Here is what happens to each element in your bathroom during a professional deep clean.

The showerhead is descaled to restore water pressure and remove buildup from the spray holes. The shower drain is cleared of hair and soap residue, and the drain cover is cleaned.
The basin is scrubbed and the drain is cleared. Faucet bases, handles, and spouts are descaled and polished. The area where the sink meets the countertop collects grime in the seam and is cleaned with a detail brush. The vanity cabinet exterior is wiped, and the countertop is sanitized. The mirror above the sink is cleaned streak-free, including the edges and corners where dust and moisture residue accumulate.
Bathroom wall tiles are cleaned of soap scum, splash marks, and any mold growth. The grout between tiles receives the most attention because it absorbs moisture and provides an ideal environment for mold. A grout brush and appropriate cleaner work through every grout line. In severe cases, an anti-fungal treatment is applied after cleaning to slow regrowth.
Bathroom floors are scrubbed, not just mopped. Grout lines on the floor receive the same treatment as wall grout. Light switch plates and the exhaust fan cover are cleaned. The bathroom door handle, which transfers germs between the bathroom and the rest of your home, is disinfected on both sides.
The silicone sealant around the bathtub, shower tray, sink, and toilet base is inspected. Surface mold on silicone is treated with anti-fungal cleaner. If the mold has penetrated deeply into the silicone, replacement is recommended because cleaning can only address the surface layer.
