Pathetic customer service and they dont do the job as website advertises. I booked for a Move Out Deep Clean because it advertised thorough cleaning but they didn’t complete the job as advertised. Didn’t clean walls or door frames (my front door had some water-soluble paint splashed on it before the clean, can easily be wiped off with damp cloth so you can see they didn’t even attempt to wipe the walls or doors), window tracks weren’t wiped, didn’t eliminate burnt food or oil build up on stove, didn’t defrost or sanitize fridge, and my mirrors were left worse than before the clean, they left so many streaks and SCRATCHES. I wish I was exaggerating but you can see in photos and videos, the smudges are everywhere from top to bottom, areas I’m too short to reach, so those marks and streaks were NOT there BEFORE I had this clean. I didn’t ask for a refund, I let them know they didn’t do a good job and left it. Later, I move into my new place, and I wanted the bathroom deep clean, on initial search, only Khun Clean offered tile and grout cleaning service, so I reached out to them, NO RESPONSE… so I message them through my boyfriends phone, 2 minutes and I get a response on his phone and not mine. I asked them about their grout cleaning service anyway, they said no promises… I understand stubborn stains but some things can be cleaned, and that’s why I want to hire professionals, if you are not the professionals to do it, don’t advertise yourself as such. Anyways, my phone got a response the next day. Very poor service.
